Training Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date and must be paid before delivery of the training.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card or bank transfer.

Training Access

  • Access to the live online training will begin on the dates agreed.

  • Access to a pre-course shall be provided before course begins.

  • Training login details will be sent to the registered email addresses.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (via email to [email protected] +/ [email protected]) at least 14 days before the scheduled training start date.

  • Cancellations made within the 14-day period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the training cost.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date.

Rescheduling

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing (via email to [email protected] +/ [email protected]) at least 14 days before the scheduled training start date.

  • Rescheduling can be to the later scheduled available dates, available here.

Intellectual Property

  • All training materials provided are copyrighted and intended for the exclusive use of the registered participants.

  • Distribution, reproduction, or sharing of training materials without written consent from Flite Software N.I. Ltd is strictly prohibited.

Technical Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the online training.

  • We are not responsible for any technical issues that may arise due to inadequate equipment or connectivity.
