Purchase Terms and Conditions


  • Our standard payment terms are net 30 days by wire transfer on perpetual licensing.
  • Standard lease licensing payment terms are net 14 days by wire transfer.
  • We no longer accept cheques in any other currency than GBP/£ due to the delays in processing and bank charges.
  • Please see our bank details on the separate attachment and page in the knowledgebase. If we need to verify bank details, we prefer to do this by video, embedded into an email rather than phone calls.
  • Please find below some of the data needed to add us as a vendor. Your purchasing team is welcome to copy + paste these into your vendor forms before sending them to us for completion/sign-off
  • The quotes are only valid until the expiry date
  • Future SUM fees may change, they will not increase by >10% per annum.
  • SUM on perpetual licensing is free for the period outlined on the quote, thereafter it is charged at the fee shown. Should SUM lapse, there is a penalty to rejoin. We can outline this for you.
  • Perpetual licenses are provided at the time of purchase, if you lose these licenses for any reason, we replace them as long as you are in SUM. If you are out of SUM, the penalty + SUM fee must be paid before license replacement takes place.
