Fire hydrants can be modeled in FluidFlow and are available from the VALVES tab on the Component Palette (see image below):
Figure 1 below also shows how a fire hydrant can be modeled in a system. The system in Figure 1 shows a single supply tank with two pumps, diesel and electric as well as all distribution pipework:
