Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date and must be paid before delivery of the training.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card or bank transfer
Training Access
- Access to the live online training will begin on the dates agreed
- Access to a pre-course shall be provided before course begins
- Training login details will be sent to the registered email addresses
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing (via email to sales@fluidflowinfo.com +/ success@fluidflowinfo.com) at least 14 days before the scheduled training start date.
- Cancellations made within the 14-day period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the training cost.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date.
Rescheduling
- Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing (via email to sales@fluidflowinfo.com +/ success@fluidflowinfo.com) at least 14 days before the scheduled training start date.
- Rescheduling can be to the later scheduled available dates, available here.
Intellectual Property
- All training materials provided are copyrighted and intended for the exclusive use of the registered participants.
- Distribution, reproduction, or sharing of training materials without written consent from Flite Software N.I. Ltd is strictly prohibited.
Technical Requirements
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the online training.
- We are not responsible for any technical issues that may arise due to inadequate equipment or connectivity.
