      FluidFlow Rewards Program

      Earning Points

      The program operates based on a points system, where you accumulate points by purchasing modules. Points and allocations are calculated retrospectively and across an organization globally. Perpetual licenses and current annual subscription licenses will count as points


      The allocation is simple:


      1 point for each license, whether it's Liquid, Gas, Two-Phase, or Slurry.


      Please note that Dynamic Analysis modules do not contribute points, as these have been gifted from version 3.5 onwards.

      Tiers and Benefits

      Total points dictate the membership tier, each with its unique set of benefits:

      • Bronze Tier (1-3 points):

        • 9.5% licensing discount on further licenses

        • 15% training discount for three or more attendees

        • Access to free basic on-demand training, knowledge base resources, and live chat support.

      • Silver Tier (4-12 points):

        • 17.5% discount on further licenses

        • 17.5% discount on training for three or more attendees

        • Early access to new features, and the ability to use your licenses globally, provided an active SUM agreement is in place.

      • Gold Tier (13-20 points):

        • 25% discount on further licenses

        • 25% discount on training for three or more places.

        • Dedicated account manager, priority support channels, and invitations to exclusive events.

      • Platinum Tier (20+ points):

        • 33% discount on further licenses

        • 33% discount on training,

        • Access to upgrade to a dedicated user model

        • Priority support, and access to exclusive events.

        • Further discounts on consulting rates.

      Customer Examples:

      Silver Tier Example (A):

      • The customer has 1 Liquid Gas Network license in Perth and 1 Liquid Network license in Toronto (2 points).
      • Can merge these licenses into one installation or use both globally.
      • Receives a 17.5% discount on further licenses or training, provided a valid SUM agreement is in place.

      Silver Tier Example (B):

      • A customer has 1 Network license covering Liquid, Gas, Two-Phase, and Slurry modules (4 points).
      • Receives a 17.5% discount.
      • Can use the license globally, provided a valid SUM agreement is in place.

      Bronze Tier Example (C):

      • The customer has 1 Liquid Network license.
      • Wants to purchase a Gas module.
      • Receives a 9.5% discount on the Gas module.
      • Use remains restricted to the country of purchase.

      Platinum Tier Example (D):

      • The customer has 3 installations totaling 8 Liquid, 4 Gas, 4 Slurry, and 4 Two-Phase licenses (20 points).
      • Eligible to discuss dedicated user licensing.
      • Receives a 33% discount on further licensing or training.
      • Can use licenses globally, provided a valid SUM agreement is in place.

      Referral Program

      In addition to these benefits, we also offer a Referral Program. You can earn a 5% discount on your next SUM renewal for every successful referral and a free additional module after five successful referrals.

      Program Terms and Conditions

      To be eligible for the FluidFlow Rewards Program, customers must maintain a valid SUM subscription. Discounts apply only to new purchases and renewals, and they cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The program's benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
