      Perpetual Plus is a customer loyalty program designed to encourage and reward customers for purchasing perpetual licenses and renewing their Software Update and Maintenance (SUM) subscriptions. The program offers exclusive benefits and incentives that increase with continued customer commitment, including free global network license use for 2 seats or more, and up to 30% discount on training for 3 or more attendees.

      1. Bronze (Entry Level)
      2. Silver (2+ perpetual licenses and SUM renewals)
      3. Gold (5+ perpetual licenses and SUM renewals)

        • Welcome Bonus: 10% discount on the next perpetual license purchase

      2. Silver Tier:

      3. Gold Tier:
        • 20% discount on all perpetual license purchases

        • Early access to new product features and updates
        • Customized onboarding and training sessions for new team members
        • Global network license use included
        • License payments can be credited to Enterprise licensing
        • 30% discount on online training for 3 or more attendees

        Referral Program: Customers can also earn additional rewards by referring new customers to purchase perpetual licenses and SUM subscriptions.

        • 5% discount on the next SUM renewal for every successful referral
        • 1 additional perpetual license for free after 5 successful referrals

        Program Terms and Conditions:

        • Customers must maintain a valid SUM subscription to remain eligible for the Perpetual Plus Loyalty Program.
        • Discounts are applicable to new purchases and renewals only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
        • Referral discounts will be applied to the next SUM renewal after the referred customer completes their purchase.
        • Program benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
