Understanding FluidFlow Licensing Options

Which License Type is Best for Me?

FluidFlow offers flexible licensing designed to meet your organization’s technical needs, budget, and project timelines. We’ll recommend the best option for you based on usage patterns, user count, and project requirements—backed by ROI analysis and payback period calculations.

Typical ROI ranges from two weeks to a few months depending on project volume and team deployment.

License Types

1. Perpetual Licenses (Sunsetting October 31, 2025)

  • Available only to selected customers until Oct 31, 2025.
  • Provides unlimited, long-term access to FluidFlow software.
  • Includes 18 months of SUM (Support, Updates & Maintenance) from purchase.
  • After the initial SUM period, annual SUM renewal is required to continue receiving updates, support, and license replacements (subject to fair usage policy).
  • Remains valid even if SUM lapses, but no updates or support will be provided without renewal.

2. Annual Network Lease

  • One-year term with full SUM for the entire period.
  • Flexible access across multiple workstations, with concurrent usage limited to purchased seats.
  • Ideal for teams needing predictable annual costs and multi-user access.

3. Annual Named User License

  • One-year term for a specific individual user.
  • Includes SUM for the full term.
  • Perfect for organizations with consistent usage patterns and defined user roles.

4. Enterprise / Unlimited Licenses

  • Designed for large organizations with broad access needs across multiple departments or locations.
  • Can be tailored for dedicated or unlimited user access.
  • Includes enhanced support terms and full SUM coverage.

Installation Types
