Steam is available in the database and is locked in the gas phase so no matter what temperature and pressure you model "steam", it will remain in its gaseous phase. This was a feature request by several users as they often use steam and add it to mixtures.
It is recommended if a user wishes to model water which could potentially be in either its liquid, gas or two-phase state, the fluid "water" is modeled in the system.
