All the information on the database can be saved as a Zip file to store changes or updates made by the user by clicking the “Back up Data”. Once the user has created the Database zip file, users can re-apply the backup data by turning to the “Restore Data and accessing the relevant zip file.
For network licenses, information on the database is backed up automatically once in a month. For stand alone versions, it is strongly recommended that users back up their data regularly using the “Connections button”. This opens up the data connection window where users could configure an automated backing up of data and select the folder which would store the generated zip file.
If needed, mass importation of component information to the database can be done for Fluidflow.
